Buyer and/or Buyer Mandate will register their company on our website. Our team of due dilligence specialists will qualify each potential buyer and issue then a unique user ID once they have been qualified. Intermediaries sign NCNDA with D'Osarich executives to secure their position.

Buyer will receive an SCO from the Seller to sign and seal. The Seller will then exchange with a SPA via electronic email. The electronically signed copy by both Parties of the SPA, which inclues the parties' banking coordinates shall constitute a legally binding and enforceable document.

Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed SPA with their respective banks. Within 4 hours thereafter, Seller will provide POP, official product specification directly to Buyer's Bank by the Seller via email, to be confirmed suitable to both parties.

Within 72 hours of confirmation of Buyer's guaranteed payment instrument by Seller, and within (10) banking days shall issue the confirmable POP, with the Nominated Vessel (NV) details. Buyer must arrange with the charter company for a full charter assignment to Buyer's port of discharge.

Seller instructs ship master to send Notice of Readiness (NOR) and estimated time of arrival (ETA) to Buyer's discharge port with a copy to Buyer. Buyers will be able to track their shipment via a secured link on the Seller's password-protected portal.

Upon arrival at the discharge port, loaded vessel's Master issues ATB and invites Buyer's inspection party to board the loaded vessel conduct Q&Q inspection and provide a report which will be binding on both Buyer and Seller. Copies of such report will be transmitted to Buyer and to the Seller.

Within 48 hours of completion of the Q&Q accepting cargo by the Buyer, Seller presents relevant shipping/CARGO documents at the counter of Buyer's Bank, and payment will be made immediately based on out-turned barrels by Swift/KTT wire transfer directly to the Seller's bank account and simultaneously to the intermediaries' nominated bank.

The Seller's loaded vessel discharges into the Buyer's storage tank. Deal complete.
